The Military Divorce Handbook September 11, 2009
Reviewer: Joan Wetherell from Alamo, CA United States
This is a first-rate guide through the maze of military divorce, which involves both federal and state (and even international) law issues.  Clearly written, in a logical progression through the issues, and with enough detail to guide the practitioner through: a very readable narrative filled with code sections, forms, warnings of potential malpractice areas, and perhaps most important, addresses and web sites essential for any attorney who intends to represent a client in the military, or the spouse of a member.
